KEYNOTE
SPEAKERS
Eric F.
Ensor is President of Bell South Personal Communications,
Inc. (d/b/a BellSouth Mobility DCS). He is responsible for building
and operation BellSouth's personal communications business in the
markets where BellSouth is licensed (the Carolinas and Eastern Tennessee).
He led BellSouth's efforts during 1994's narrowband PCS auctions,
and last year's MTA broadband PCS auctions. Previously, Mr. Ensor
was the President of BellSouth Wireless, Inc. where he was responsible
for the development and maintenance of BellSouth's worldwide wireless
communications strategy and for development and test marketing of
new wireless features and technologies.

Mr. Ensor
began his mobile communications career with Motorola as Product Planner
in 19789. He joined AT&T's Advanced Mobile Phone Service subsidiary
in their business development group in 1982 and served as Director
of Business Planning for Nynex Mobile Communications Company from
1983-1986. He was named Vice President and General Manager of Nynex
Paging Company from 1986-1987. In 1987 Mr. Ensor joined BellSouth
as Chief Strategist, and has been heavily involved in supporting BellSouth's
business development activities internationally and domestically.
Mr. Ensor became President of BellSouth Wireless in January, 1994,
and President of BellSouth Personal Communications in November, 1994.
He is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Board
of Directors of the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA)
as well as the Chairman of the New Spectrum Users Group of the CTIA
and a Director of the Cibernet Corporation.
James J.
Healy has served as the General Manager of Cook Inlet Western
Wireless PV/SS PCS, L.P. since 1995. Cook Inlet Region Inc., the general
partner, is an Alaskan Native corporation. Western Wireless Corp.,
the limited partner, provides cellular and PCS service throughout
the western half of the United States as well as Hawaii. The Cook
Inlet-Western Wireless partnership has purchased over 11 million C
and F block POPs for 127 million.

Mr. Healy's
prior experience includes: Vice President - Operations of McCaw's
Wireless Data Division, President and CEO of O'Neill Communications
Inc. a pioneer in wireless LANs, and President and COO of Millicom
Incorporated. Jim was also a Founding Director of WINForum and an
early Director of CTIA.

John
"Jack" Boyle III, President & CEO, Saville Systems
Boyle's 26 years of telecommunications management experience includes
leading a $50,000 start-up firm to $75 million in annual revenue.
He joined saville as President and CEO in 1994 from CSC Intelicom,
where he was a Senior Vice President of Work Process and Network Practice.
Boyle was responsible for all aspects of the division's business including
the business vision, sales andoperations. He also led a company-wide
reengineering effort and updated applications to help the company
better meet the needs of the global market. During his tenure at CSC,
Boyle held several other senior-level positions including Senior Vice
President of Sales and Vice President/Division Manager.

Previously, Boyle was a key player at Telic, a telecommunications
software organization he helped grow from a 12-person, %50,000 start-up
to a 600 person, $75 million company that was later acquired by SCS
Intelicom. While at Telic, he helped to introduce two new products,
established quality control guidelines and was a member of the Long
Term Strategic Planning Commitee.
Pamela
D.A. Reeve, President & CEO, Lightbridge, Inc.
Pam Reeve joined Lightbridge in 1989 and has led the company to its
current position as a leading provider of innovative, software-based
solutions for cost-effective customer acquisition and retention for
the wireless telecommunications industry.

Under her leadership, Lightbridge has developed a complete integrated
suite of software solutions that enable wireless carriers to implement
aggressive market penetration strategies and profitable goals. Reeve
has taken Lightbridge from $1 million in sales revenues in 1991 to
over $420 million in 1995, and number of employees has grown from
12 to more than 300.
Thomas
A. Stroup, President & CEO, Columbia Spectrum Management
Mr. Stroup has been involved in the telecommunications industry for
over 15 years, primarily in the business of wireless communications.
He founded Columbia Spectrum management in 1994 to provide negotiation,
engineering and program, management services to the Personal Communications
Services (PCS) industry. He has experience in all aspects of the microwave
relocation process and was involved extensively in establishing the
requirements for both incumbent microwave licensees and the PCS industry.

B. Hawkinson, Chairman & CEO, Gensym
From 1986 to present, Mr. Hawkinson has headed Gensym Corporation,
a leading provider of software products for creating intelligent systems.
Gensym serves many industrial sectors, including the process industries,
discrete manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, transportation,
and utilities, with applications that involve intelligent monitoring
and advanced control, fault diagnosis, process optimization, dynamic
scheduling, simulation and the like. Gensym has grown from a nucleus
of six founders to a public company of approximately 250 employees
with 1995 revenues of $28.1 million. Gensym is headquartered in Cambridge,
MA and has 27 sales/support offices across North America, Europe,
Africa, and the Far East.
Bill
Warner, Chairman and Founder, Wildfire Commun
ications,
Inc.
Based in Lexington, MA, Mr. Warner assumed his current position in
August, 1996 after serving as CEO since Wildfire's inception in 1991.
During his tenure as CEO, Wildfire shipped the initial version of
its product, the Wildfire Electronic Assistant, built a worldwide
channel of Authorized Service Providers to market the product, and
inked pacts with AT&T Wireless and Pacific Telesis to create networked
versions of Wildfire for the wireless market.
Bryan
M. Eagle III, President, Skywire
Mr. Eagle is the Founder of Skywire. Prior to skywire, he was a member
of the management team at Cylix Communication Corporation. Mr. Eagle,
as a member of the Board of Directors at Cylix, participated in the
successful effort to buy the company back from RCA in 1986. He ran
Cylix's marketing and business development organizations until 1990,
when he co-managed the effort to sell Cylix to France Telecom. From
1990 to 1992, Mr. Eagle continued to lead Cylix's marketing and business
functions, as well as assisting France Telecom in building their acquisition
efforts in the US and abroad. Prior to Cylix, he consulted to and
assisted several companies, including the Discovery Channel and GlobalLink
in raising venture funding. In addition, Mr. Eagle has a background
in advertising at Ally & Gargano which included positions on the
MCI and Federal Express accounts. Mr. Eagle holds an MBA from Columbia
University's Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University
of Virginia.
