Billing & IP networking solutions, was acquired by Cap Gemini's Telecommunications
vertical in 1999, and then subsequently, as the OSS / Telecom Billing
Software division of Cap Gemini, was acquired by Ernst & Young's Communications
Division. The company is now called Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Telecom
Media Networks.
